Jeff Osborne, owner of the Jacumba Hot Springs Hotel shared his issues with state and local code enforcement agencies to get the swimming pools permitted at Jacumba Hot Springs Hotel. Upon purchase, the team inherited a pool with a bench around the perimeter that raised flags at inspection, and just before opening the city came in and wanted them to re-do the entire pool. WIth BANA's support through the Water Registry Certificate and a letter of support to the county, along with a lot of negotiating by Jeff, the Jacumba team prevailed. He will be reviewing his leanings from the process and showcasing the one-of-a-kind experience they have created at Jacumba Hot Springs Hotel.
